Adding additional Touchless Contact Cards
If you'd like to add cards to your account, there's two options we offer for our customers. If you are a business and would like to add cards to your account - follow the button below and send us an email. Someone from our team will add the cards to your account and update your subscription to reflect the change. Additional cards for business are $50 additional per month. Please include the email used for the account and the number of cards you'd like added to ensure the fastest response.
For our Team subscribers who already have access to 10 cards in their account, we offer the ability to add additional cards for $10 additional per month. Follow the button below to email us and someone from our team will add the cards to your account and adjust your subscription. Please include the email used for the account and the number of cards you'd like to add to ensure the fastest response from our team.
Reducing or Canceling your subscription
If you have added additional cards to your package and now do not have a need for them, follow the button below to email our team on the cards you'd like removed and the email the account is associated with. The changes to the subscription will be seen at the end of the current billing cycle.
To cancel a subscription, send us an email using the button below referencing the email the account is under as well as the reason for cancelling. Please mention anyway we can improve the product or provide a better customer experience or if there is a feature you'd like to see that is missing. We welcome any and all feedback.
